Job Responsibilities
Extensive experience in recruiting W2/1099/Corp-Corp Requirements
Good understanding in complete Recruitment Life Cycle
Sourcing, screening quality candidates from various job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice,
Tec fetch and internal Job diva portal
Making cold calls, communicating with the candidates, explaining them the job roles and responsibilities
Pre-screening the candidate via telephonic interview.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent oral communication skills.
Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
Any Graduate Freshers/Exp.
Undergraduates with Min 1 year of exp,NO UG Freshers.
Proactively communicating with various teams with in the client.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Good oral communication.
