Job Description :
- Should be able to identify the problem in the mobile
- Initial Diagnose & solution
- Knowledge of all kind of smartphone
- Should be tech savy & keeps himself updated for new software developments
- Hardware as well as software knowledge
Quality Assurance: Person who helps to test our software and do quality check before it goes live. Attitude of breaking/hacking software would help.
