Job Role      Technical Architect

JOB Discribtion:

= Experience on either Hadoop stack (such as PIG, Oozie, SPARK, SQOOP, FLUME, HIVE) or NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Neo4j)

= Created end-to-end solution design and development approach in a Hadoop/ NoSQL environments with analytic / EIM platforms

= Designed, and worked on continuous improvement of Hadoop/NoSQL based solutions

= Must possess good client facing experience with the ability to facilitate Big data requirements sessions and lead teams and present analysis in business terms

= Must have led / managed / executed analytics driven Big data project through the complete lifecycle of the project

= Experience in Agile development methodology

= Experience with ETL, data warehouse, BI platform(s), RDBMS, SQL

1. Big Data Technology Architecture
Architecting highly scalable, large data volume/ user base enterprise solution based on stated problem statement and based on the data.
Define and implement standards, shared components and approaches
Contribute to project estimates and technical audits

2. Center of Excellence
Provide pre-sales support, lab experiments, collaterals & demos and perform competitive analysis
Lead development of solution accelerators and experiments in Lab environment
Participate in selection of tools, software and upgrades
Leverage alliance with product vendor
Upgrade knowledge in core technology and compare competitive products , identify innovative solutions to address gaps
Publish white papers and make presentations inforums
Best Practices creation and dissemination

3. Competency Management
Develop competency development content and certification modules
Institutionalize competency assessment and work towards continuous improvement
Conduct training sessions for capability enrichment
