- Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English – any additional language is a plus.
- Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills, team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist the Process Leads in delivering quality work.
- Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments.
- Responsible for team’s work quality and accuracy.
- Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members.
- Participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition.
- Ability to communicate with the Business Centre via email and phone .
- Keen to work with numbers and MS office.
