Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should have Good Verbal and written communication Skills
- Should Have Knowledge of Networking (LAN)
- Trouble shooting skill on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/2003 & Knowledge on hardware assembling
- Experience in dismantling/assembling desktops
- Knowledge of RAS Remote connectivity Tools
- Installation & trouble shooting skill
- Should have sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW
- Should have experience in Installation , Configuration
- Should have experience in trouble Shooting of Mail Clients (MS outlook& outlook express, Lotus Notes),
- Should have experience in MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients – (Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc.
- People who are located in Bangalore or willing to reallocate to Bangalore should only apply.
- Should be able to resolve network related issues (TCP/IP settings, Cable crimping, Switches).
- Desktop Hardware knowledge, Windows XP /Vista/ win 7, idea on Structure cabling,outlook client installation, IP Phone connection, basic networking idea, etc
