• Excellent Communication and Negotiating Skills.
• Strong Decision-Making Skills
• Ability To Assess Applicants’ Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Soft Skills, Experience and Aptitudes
• Act As A Point Of Contact and Build Influential Candidate Relationships During The Selection Process
• Experience in Handling Large Volume Hiring or Niche / Premium Hiring
• Experience in Contract Staffing Preferred, But Not Mandatory
• Any Bachelor’s Degree Are Welcome, Computer background would be an advantage
