Job Description:
1. Monitoring & Management of devices as per SLA.
2. Providing proactive response based on the severity of the issue.
3. Perform L1 technical trouble-shooting (including management).
4. Co-ordinating with next level technical team until the issue is resolved.
5. Communicate effectively with both Domestic & International Customers.
6. Updating the status of the call and tickets to customers at every stage.
7. Regularly following up the scheduled tasks and reporting the same.
8. Prepare periodical Reports.
9. Level 1 Support for either of the environments Windows/Unix/Linux server.
Candidate Profile:
1. Operating System Administration (Windows/Unix/Linux Servers)
2. Hardware Knowledge
3. Network Concepts (Routers/Switches/Firewall)
4. Domain Servers / Active Directories / Mail Server / Anti-Virus
5. Good in preparing reports using MS Office /Open Source Office Packages.
6. Knowledge in Monitoring Tool
7. Experience in handling tickets through Service Desk Tool.
