Role and Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment process
Hands on experience in Post Recruitment Activities; Training & Development, On boarding activities.
Worked on online portals like Monster, Naukri, Times Jobs – having an active LinkedIn account and using it to source candidates will be a bonus
Sourcing and screening candidates
Employee Relations and Handling Employee Grievances
Organization Development Preparation of MIS on Monthly basis ; Maintenance of files and Documents
Setting up interview schedules for the candidate in co-ordination with the client
Understanding salary packages and other important elements that help in completing joining formalities
Keeping track of all payments due from clients with respect to positions filled
Having 0-3 years experience in admin and HR activities are more preferable. Candidate need to do the internal recruitment of the consultant. Need to maintain the discipline inside the organization.
Any Graduation is preferable
