Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Identify root cause for issues and develop workarounds or permanent fixes
2. Partnering with Support Specialists or Systems Analysts to gather and/or clarify requirements
3. Interpreting analysis and implementing design solutions that meet requirements
4. Fixing or Developing capabilities and validating their functionality
5. Developing test cases / scripts for QA activities
6. Documentation of Solutions, design specs, standards, and developer guides or other technical documentation
7. Perform unit testing /functional testing/ integration testing.
