* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Must be willing to work in us shifts

* Should work for back office Financial & Accounting Process.

* Must be willing to work in Non Voice Process.

* Should have good Typing skills & logical and analytical skill.

* Candidate to be flexible to adjust to mid shift or day shift as defined by clients.

* Must have good understanding of Commerce Accounting.

* Should have knowledge of any regional language will be additional.

* Must have excellent selling and negotiating skills.

* Must be ready to work under pressure.

* Should be ready to work on targets.

* Should have good negotiation skills and convincing skills.

* Must have basic knowledge of computer.

* Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

* Should have good inter personnel skills.

* Should have good customer interactive skills.
