1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
1. The Associate Implementation Specialist II will be providing services to EMC Customers.
2. The extent of these services will include installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting EMC products, and
3. The integration of these products with others in a dynamic customer environment that may be complex.
2. Technical Functions:
1. Provides software related custom integration and implementation support of
2. EMC products at customer sites involving unique environments and configurations.
3. This may include pre-site inspection, initial installation, troubleshooting,
4. Implementation, customization, integration, and product orientation for the customer.
3. Administrative/Ind Development Function:
1. Keeps Project Managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
2. Provides updates to EMC case tracking system and or other technical applications for
3. Software implementation and Problem Reporting/Resolution.
4. Stays current on technical specifications and hardware requirements of
5. EMC software products, including new and soon to be released products.
