Job Description :
The Human Resource Analyst is a great opportunity to join a thriving US based technology company and grow your career. The work will always be meaningful and often confidential. This person will join an established office in Bangalore, India and typical standard hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. UNITED STATES EASTERN TIME.
- Data entry into HRIS
- Complete analytical spreadsheets in Excel
- Run reports using various on-line reporting databases and systems
- Assist in preparation of process materials
Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree
- 1+ years experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Proficient with MS Office, including Excel
- Experience with SAP or ADP
- 1+ years of experience working US day time hours
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and very productive
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to work with Executives
- Strong presentation skills
