Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA or any other graduate from a recognised university
2. Should be 2013 passed outs.
3. Candidates should be willing to join immediately
4. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
5. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service orientation
