Job Description :
Role: Handle Technical Support issues through Phone
Work Hours: 9 hours ; 5 day work week / 6 day training
Shifts: US Timings (Night work hours in IST) / Rotational (Flexibility of 24*7 work hours is Mandate)
Week offs: Rotational
Transport: Provided 24*7 during Operations
Age: 21 – 30 Years
KeyElements:
1. Should be a Graduate/PG (MBAs are not preferred)
2. Must possess effective verbal communication skills with neutral accent
3. Typing: Atleast 25 WPM (90% accuracy)
4. TS Expertise: Must have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, OS 7, Mac (all versions),
5. Computer basics, Wireless Communication etc
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, team playing skills and open to learning
