Job Description:

1. Collection of documents and conference details from websites and other Regulatory bodies for different internal customers of SNL
2. Providing documents based on the internal and external customers’ needs
3. Maintaining up to date document library along with being on top of established timeliness targets
4. Providing input and ideas for new methods of document collection from websites and creating automations
5. Troubleshooting problems or issues and provide meaningful feedback to co-workers
6. Reviewing feedback involving the department’s output to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy

Candidate Profile:

1. B. COM/M.COM/MBA candidates willing to work in Night Shift. Freshers are also welcome.
2. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedule to meet deadlines
3. Knowledge of Word, Excel, SQL* and Adobe Acrobat Professional* (*Desirable)
4. Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
5. Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work
6. A good team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
7. Strong quantitative, critical, analytical and interpretive skills
8. Ability to conduct efficient thematic research
