Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) was set up in May 1999 and is registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was promoted by erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) as its wholly owned subsidiary in the context of liberalization and as a part of efforts towards restructuring of the Power Sector.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Candidates are required to submit ONLINE Application compulsorily.

2. The candidates shortlisted for online test/interview on basis of their “online applications” shall be required to submit photocopies of all the relevant certificate and subsequently, the original certificates for verification as and when required.

4. The Management reserves the right to short-list, select and rejects any candidates for Online Test / Interview as the case may be for selection.

5. The Management reserves the right to cancel the Selection List / Waiting List at any timeat it’s sole discretion, without assigning any reasons thereof.

6. Knowledge of Computer operations and Gujarati language is essential

7. Interested candidates meeting above criteria may apply “on line” on or before 11.03.2015 before 06.00 P.M. and the payment of feesshall be made at the Branches of State Bank of India on or before 13.03.2015.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
1. B.E. (Electrical / Civil) / B.Tech (Electrical / Civil) Only from Recognized University with minimum 60% for UR & PH Category Candidates, 55% for Reserved Category Candidates Aggregate of 7th and 8th Semester

2. First Trial without ATKT (Passed examination in First attempt)
