JOB SUMMARY:
Company Profile:
MasterCard SecureCode is initiated on a retailer’s website and interacts with both the cardholder and their card issuer. When your customer comes to pay, a pop-up window appears asking them to enter a unique, personal code that has been registered with their bank. The bank then authenticates the cardholder performing the transaction and provides the electronic retailer explicit evidence of the online purchase.
Job Description:
Accountabilities:
1. Establish Testing Centre of Excellence in Pune for MasterCard Processing, bringing existing functionally aligned teams together under a one QA and Testing Group
2. Coordinate review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of platform and software releases and systems
3. Ensure the project/effort is adequately staffed; trained and managed through ongoing personnel development; training; and cross training opportunities.
4. Ensure personnel have appropriate skills and behaviors; and effectively communicate performance results; as necessary.
5. Ensure industry best practices are integrated into department processes.
6. Establish departmental roadmap to ensure alignment with MasterCard Processing objectives.
7. Ensure cross departmental networking occurs.
