Job Description:
Responsibilities :
1. End to End Project Invoicing o Invoice Reviews & Time Reconciliations (using Oracle) o Project & Resource Scheduling in Oracle o Administration of the life cycle of Projects in Oracle
2. Approval of standard consulting contracts, known as Work Orders. With a view to ensure that the rates and contract structure are in line with company policy.
3. Ensuring VSOE compliance to Work Orders, as well as, other company revenue recognition policies.
4. Preparation of ‘Funding Packs’.
5. Running Weekly reports – Over-Budget/Project Resource Management
6. Analysis of Non-Billable time
7. Provide various support functions on a global basis for the CTS Organization
8. Reporting and analytics (Excel & Spotfire)
9. Ensuring over-all operational governance for services contracts
Candidate Profile:
1. The suitable candidate would have 3 to 4 years’ experience in the IT sector. Experience with IT Services is preferred.
2. Oracle Projects Module knowledge would be an advantage
3. Should be well versed with understanding revenue Forecasting, resource scheduling & Billing of Projects.
4. Strong MS Excel Knowledge
5. Have the ability to communicate at all levels with a strong ability to build relationships.
6. Hold a MBA/BA/B.Com honours Degree (Business/Accounting/Finance Degree would be preferred)
