1. Proficient in project Management
2. Handling Agile projects and programs.
3. Create escalation matrix and handle risk and issues.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Creating project plans for projects
6. Work with Engineering Managers for resources.
7. Handle pressure situations and escalate issues to management.

Requirements :
1. Minimum 10 years of total IT industry experience.
2. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
3. Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to represent teams.
