JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description:
1. As an analyst, you will first learn a lot about Medallia platform and how to configure/create a solution for its customers through an extensive product training.
2. After that you will work with Medallia project managers and other Medallia team members to build and support our product implementations for large companies.
3. You will utilize your knowledge of technology to think of creative solutions on the Medallia platform.
Candidate Profile:
Eligibility :
1. B.E/B.Tech(CS,IT)/BCA/MCA and M.E/M.Tech (CS, IT) / No Percentage (%) Criteria for Candidates.(2013,2014,2015 passed out).
2. Excellent analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and attention to detail.
3. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
5. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Application.
6. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and XML. GUI would be an added advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software preferred.
2. Demonstrated interest in technology.
3. Experience with client management either in college or at work to facilitate team work in remote setting.
Job Category : IT/Software
Salary Range : 3, 50,000 – 4,50,000 INR per annum(Negotiable for the right candidate).
Skill Set Required:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, Flexible to work in night shifts.
2. Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.GUI and International client interaction experience would be an added advantage.
