Managing International & Domestic l Ticket booking, Railway Ticket booking, VISA, Foreign Exchange documentation

Responsible for booking hotels as per employees travel plan & budget.
VISA Documentation & filling . Travel Insurance . Forex . Entry & Exit Formality
Providing transport to the employees at the place of visit.
Coordinating with the employees travelling.
Maintaining reports for travel.
Should be having adequate experience in handling Travel Desk with corporate
Individually handling profile
Dealed with employees travel requirements
Assisting with the design of built structuresor using specialised computer software or calculations; BOQs or Costing
Prepare all Drawings in Auto Cad.
Preparation of Sections & Plans different type project.
Making Quotationsor Method Statements to submit to Clients.
Attending professional conferences and representing the company or organisation at other events.
DPR Work
Overseeing the progress of specific contracts.
Planning detailed field investigations by drilling and analysing samples.
Supervising site and ground investigations.
Making visits to new project sites.
Making recommendations on the proposed use of a site and providing information.
