Job Description:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should have knowledge on voice complaint troubleshooting & resolution with help of various telecom tools
* Should have network Monitoring and analysis
* Must have knowledge on proactive network alarm analysis and reporting
* Should have co-ordination with various internal stake holders and as well external international customers for problem resolution
* Must have knowledge in Escalation/incident handling and management from service assurance perspective till the closure of incident
* Must be initiate and participate in various CSAT activities
* Should have knowledge of TDM /Voip technologies
* Must have Switching , Transmission , IP knowledge
* Should have hands on switch experience preferably Sonus
* Should have good communication skills.
