JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Configuration Engineer performs basic technical activities to service the customer directly or through customer interface, under supervision and following defined procedures.
• Executes basic technical tasks according to defined procedures. Actively develops competences.
• To ensure operational efficiency by developing working practices, processes and methods
• Ensure to make Core configuration changes within SLA by proper in Coordination with all related functions
• To handle primary escalations happening due to core configuration
