Key Responsibilities:
0-1 Yrs Experience with good communication skills.

Call logging and tracking till closure for the calls within SLA,
Attendance Monitoring and tracking for onsite Engineers.
Responsible for weekly monthly dashboard for calls.
Having sound knowledge in Ms. Excel and PPT
Good Presentation skills
NOTE: Kannada language is mendatory

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Experience : 0 to 1 yrs
Education : (UG – Any Graduate) AND (PG – Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required)
