Job Description
HR Executive
Manage Talent Acquisition Vendor Agreements.
Handle end to end transaction from receiving the request from internal stakeholders till agreement is signed.
Interact, negotiate with both vendors & internal stakeholders.
Process invoices / payments of vendors as per the agreement in the Peoplesoft accounting system across all geographies.
Ensure adherence to TAT agreed with vendors and SLA agreed with the internal stake holders.
Desired Profile:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Flexiblity to work in early morning shifts (6am to 3pm) and night Shifts(3pm to 12 midnight).
Candidates who have completed MBA HR (Regular) in 2013 only can apply.
