JOB Discribtion:
1. Understanding architecture and develop modules under his/her span.
2. Collaborate inter/intra team for successful delivery
3. Data based status reporting.
4. Proactive initiatives, suggesting solutions based on day to day work experience.
5. Own what is assigned and deliver with best quality as per project standard
6. Able to manage among multiple priorities.
Mandatory Skills:
Experience in design and development for any of the following area.
2G/3G/4G Protocol Stacks design, development and defect analysis in any of the following layers.
Non Access Stratum(NAS), NAS(MM/ GMM/ EMM/ SM/ ESM/CC/SS/SMS)
Access Stratum, AS (RRC/RR/eRRC/(e)RLC/(e)MAC)
Proficient in C/C++
Strong debugging and problem solving skills
Should be flexible as per customer needs and commitments
Good understanding on Configuration Management tools preferably Clearcase
Fast learning curve with a high degree of commitment and ownership
Good customer orientation
Good verbal and written communication skills
