Job Description :
- Contributes to new process, program and system implementations and/or design within a single function, business, or geography.

- Uses assigned delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Contributes to process improvement and achieves assigned tasks.
- Assists with processes to resolve employee/Human Resources (HR) support issues/cases.
- May assist in escalation support to HR functions and partners.
- Assists with the implementation of process improvement to optimize the customer experience globally.
- Contributes to corporate-, business-, or function specific training support solutions that impact multiple business units globally.
