Job Description:

Thidiff is working on exciting new technologies. We are looking for a driven and dedicated Software QA Analyst. He/she evaluates and tests new and modified business software for Thidiff Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain and prepare software test scripts.
• Preparing test plans, test cases, capture test results & execute it manually.
• Tracking defects in a bug report.
• Coordinate strategic project test environments, including configuration and test data setup.
• Review of requirements documents.
• Assist QA team staff when needed.
• Provide some client documentation support.
• Testing and confirmation of fixed bugs and new features.
• Work with developers to understand the design and update the test scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Certification in Manual Testing is mandatory.
• Candidates without any backlogs are preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and Database concepts preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong Understanding in the Defect Tracking process.
• Strong Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Testing Techniques & Tools.
• Must be flexible if needed to work additional hours.
