* Should have ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers (Verbal/written).
* Should have good comprehension skills.
* Should have ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers are facing.
* Should have ability to concentrate , follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.
* Must not have more than 1 year of educational gap.
* Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
