If knowledge of hybris and AEM then it’s preferable.

The scope of Infrastructure Level 3 support is to provide continued service (24*7) to AWS Infrastructure and perform day to day, Business as usual (BAU) activities.
This involves
Resolving Incidents and root cause analysis of the isses
Bug fixes in line with agreed procedures.
Updating Knowledge Management systems in line with agreed procedures.
Interfacing with external Second Level resolver groups in support of Incident resolution where collaboration is needed to solve the Incident.
Notice period: Immediate to 20 days
