Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Engage in requirement gathering and specification planning

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Should have excellent customer service skills
• Should be willing to work in night shift
• Should have good knowledge about computers
• Should have completed graduation degree.
