Role and Responsibilities:
Obtain client information by answering / making telephone calls; collecting and verifying
information
Determine eligibility by comparing customer information to client requirements
Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing
information
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines set by the client
Accomplish targets and organization mission by completing related results
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Candidates who are Graduates (those who are pursuing their degree through correspondence
or have arrears or discontinued their college education can also apply)
Fresher’/ Experienced Candidates with 0 to 2 years experience in Domestic / International Voice
Process are preferred
Proper phone etiquette
Good English Communication Skills with the ability to speak and write clearly & accurately
Effective listening skills
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Must be able to sit for long periods of time / Position requires use of headset / microphone
Multi-tasking
Must be willing to work in the Night Shift
Willingness to join immediately or at a short notice
