Job Description:
Responsible to handle customer queries / issues through Voice (International) transactions to the best of
customer’s satisfaction
Necessary documentation of calls
Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
Awareness of relevant service levels and meets goals set by the project
Skills Required:
minimum 6+ months of experience in International Voice Support
Good understanding of Computer networking.
Excellent English speaking skills
Willingness to work in Night shift
Integrity and open minded
