Reporting to Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead / Tech Lead / Project Leader

Probation Period 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Product Engineering Division – Banking, the Trainee will be a part of product customization, enhancement, development, deployment, training and UAT activities. Being part of these activities, you will be contributing towards various phases of the project lifecycle.

Primary Activities:

Under general supervision, perform assignments of moderate complexity in the assigned Group.
Assignments will be in one or more of the following areas: designing, coding and implementing user interfaces, maintenance, User Acceptance Test, Client training.
Develop documents, test plans, test scenarios of the developed software.
Attend and resolve the customer reports assigned to them from time to time.
Assignments require the use of independent judgment to a moderate extent, application of programming /software principles, theories, and its related concepts.
Require specific subject related knowledge necessary for the system development, certification, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Participate in project review meetings.
Provide weekly updates to the immediate supervisor.
Effective communication with immediate supervisor, peer group and counterparts.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates with Certification in Java, Oracle, SQL are preferred, but not mandatory.
Good Communication skills. Be explicit in spoken and written English language.
Thorough in basics of Technology studied and able to articulate
Good attitude towards work and corporate culture.
Possess flexibility and adaptability to meet the working environment.
Has an urge to learn and grow along with the Organization.
Academics Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering (CSE, IT)
Should possess a minimum of 65% throughout academics
No standing Arrears / Backlogs
Compensation During Probation Period Annual CTC: INR 1.80L
On successful completion of probation and 1 year of service with performance rating as Good and above your Annual CTC it will be revised to INR 2.15L.
On successful completion of 2 years of service with performance rating as Good and above your Annual CTC it will be revised to INR 2.40L.
Others:
3 years of Service Agreement.
Onsite assignment, if any, a candidate will be eligible for company paid accommodation and per diem.
