JOB SUMMARY:
Role and Responsibilities
*Trainee Medical Coder would be given training in Medical Coding ICD-10 testing and implementation, CPT,
HCPCS, HIPAA compliance and undergo stringent training in Medical Coding.
* Reviewing and analyzing patient records.
*Responsible for timely and accurate procedural and diagnosis coding from the medical charts/records Review the
medical record to identify all services provided by the physician.
*Assigning ICD and CPT codes to the patient medical records.

UG – Any Qualification / Specialization
PG – Any Qualification / Specialization
