Position: Associate Software Tester

Responsibilities and Duties for Manual Testers:

• Excellent in Manual Testing
• Good knowledge of Software testing life cycle and SDLC.
• Must possess sound knowledge on testing concepts
• Must be able to create test scenarios.
• Experience working in an Agile(Scrum) development environment.
• Involves and contributes in all phases and activities of QA
• Able to create/debug & execute test automation scripts using any tools
• Understanding the product requirements, prepare the test design, test design reviews, updating the test results and generation of test reports
• Should be able to Execution & Monitoring of Test cases, well verse in Trouble shooting, testing concepts and making bug reports
• Maintaining Quality Manuals & Standards; document
• Knowledge of User Interface testing
• Defect Tracking and Defect Logging (Mantis bug tracker, Jira)
• SQL Basic Queries (Sub Queries, Joins, Stored Procedures & Triggers)

Position: Associate Java Developer

Responsibilities and Duties for Java Developers:

• Good hands-on experience of Java, OOPs, Advanced Java, Web Services (Soap and Rest), MVC framework, JSP/Servlets, and Javascript.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Should have worked with JIRA
• Good working knowledge in MySQL
• Good Knowledge in Git version control.
• Should have excellent knowledge of application design and development.
• Understand Java development defects/performance issues and resolve them systematically.
• Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Good communication skills for client interactions.
• Most importantly the ability to get out of your comfort zone and thinking out of the box.
