Job Description:
Anubavam is looking for a creative, talented and knowledgeable UI/UX Designer capable of producing information architecture and user-centric web/mobile interfaces. Only highly motivated and serious candidates who are willing to help build our rapidly growing company need apply.
Candidate Profile:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Senior UI & UX Designer with strong ideas and design skills.
2. 3+ years experience designing interfaces and Information Architecture and successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications.
3. Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phones designs.
4. High-level proficiency Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, or other methods.
5. Familiar with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript capabilities
6. Passionate about Responsive Design and new technologies to deliver products and services across multiple platforms
7. Knowledge of GUI development and database principles, tools, and technologies
8. Excellent UI design skills and a demonstrable track record of designing interfaces and writing detailed specifications for products
9. Create clean, modern screen designs with functional commentary and checklists for each and every new product development
10. Expert knowledge of delivering creative designs across multiple platforms, including mobile web and native applications
11. Experience in planning and conducting usability testing principles and methods
12. Experience in working with internal team and client to design and build user-friendly forms/ applications/interfaces based on functional specifications
13. Experience in the development of typical UI deliverables; Personas, Use Cases, Task Flows, Site Architecture, and Wireframes
14. Apply visual design languages and systems to the design of specific screens for a variety of devices with different sizes, aspect ratios, and pixel densities
15. Conduct and facilitate requirements, design, and implementation reviews
16. Familiar with rich media, web 2.0 , and mobile interface design best practices
17. Awareness of the latest design trends and ability to apply these trends to strategic designs
18. Experience in working with and enhancing junior designer’s output to help the team develop collectively
19. Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
