Job Description:
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to develop functional specifications for the new development and delivery commitments
2. Ensure participation in defining high-level and low-level designs.
3. Responsible to develop estimates for effort, time and cost for development initiatives and participate in project planning activities.
4. Responsible to provide regular status updates and feedback vs key deliverables
5. Research and recommend technologies to be used in product development
6. Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
7. Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
Requirements:
1. Extremely strong Java development skills including multiple frameworks such as Struts, spring, Hibernate or commercial equivalents.
2. Strong XHTML, XML and XSLT skills and a working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX
3. Experience in Java Programming and J2EE/JBoss application server software development (EJB, JMS, JDBC, spring frameworks)
4. Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
5. Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
6. Creativity to enhance or shape new products
7. Minimum 3 plus years of application software development experience
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

1. Master’s Degree
2. Prior experience in Real-Time Systems
3. Well organized, good communication, and reporting skills.
4. Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
5. Experience in developing work flow using standard BPM tools, JBPM preferred.
