Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaisingwith traders ,structures, sales, legal department and overseas middle officeswith regards to resolving outstanding trades or booking errors.
2. Ensure confirmation issuance meets regulated standards and timeframes.
3. Understand the ISDA template transactional level documentation and buildknowledge of current IRD and CDS ISDA activities.
4. Have a good understanding of ISDA terminology and ISDA Definitions.
5. Identifying and liasing with IT department on any enhancements.
6. Assist in the production of daily production KPIs for Drafting.
7. Exceptionsmanagement for any trades not matching in both IRD and CDS DTCC/TIW (ElectronicMatching System).
8. Liasingwith Internal Desk / MO / Cpty toresolve any breaks/discrepancies.
9. Monitorthe Internal Reconciliation breaks, and raise development requests for IT andor management.
10. Monitordaily Allege Reports, escalating any trades which have not been booked in oursystems.
11. Act as a point of escalation forqueries within the Group.
12. Assist in the production of daily production KPIs for DTCC Matching.
Skills :
1. Excellent communication Skills inFrench Language i.e both written & Spoken.
2. Fluent in English.
