1. 24-month program of 3 assignment rotations with GE transportation
2. Technically driven projects reflecting GE business and priorities, with defined goals, reviews and deliverables
3. Technical problem-solving skills developed via advance engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership
4. Business skills developed in corporate leadership courses
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
1. Master Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Controls, Mechanical, Aerospace, Material, Manufacturing) with Academic Excellence and specialization in the areas of power systems, power electronics, signal processing, optimization, control system, embedded software, application software, operations research, turbo machinery, heat transfer, fluid and aerodynamics, combustion, mechanical structures, analysis, computational materials science, composite mechanics.

4. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
