Job Description:
Candidate Profile:
1. Receive calls from customers.
2. Understand and record customers issues.
3. Validate issues for genuineness and assign severity.
4. Log tickets for valid issues.
5. Run initial troubleshooting.
6. Capture root cause if issue is resolved.
7. Escalate tickets as required if troubleshooting steps do not resolve issue
8. Coordinate between customers, Client Services team, Operations team and Engineering for fast, clear and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
9. Provide feedback to process team (HP Enabling Services) to contribute to process improvement.
