Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. This position will be Bangalore based and would be responsible for building and implementing PRPC based applications.
2. The position requires good business analysis and written and oral communication skills.
3. The position will require knowledge of object oriented design and Web services.
4. The position requires exposure to Use Cases and with RUP development methodology.
5. The position requires understanding of and some exposure to all aspects of the project life cycle.
6. Experience with CMM level 5 is a plus.
7. The position requires strong technical development skills.
8. This position is accountable to Technology management for application design, development, documentation, implementation and post-implementation maintenance.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
2. Understanding of Financial and Banking applications or related business experience is a major plus
3. Experience with a large US based financial institution is a major plus
Technical Skills :
1. Expert in PRPC v5.5 and above. Preferred CSA or CSSA certified
2. Working knowledge of Core Java, HTML
3. Database Development – Entry ; knowledge of Oracle pl/sql
4. Foundational Architecture Knowledge – Entry ; knowledge of Object Oriented
Professional Skills:
1. Communication (written and verbal) – Moderate
2. Results Delivery – Entry Level
