Job Description:
Responsibilty:
1. Complete SDLC knowledge
2. Very good experience in planning and executing both Development and maintenance projects
3. Must understand the KPIs and metrics related to FPC, FMC and T & M projects
4. Clarity on project risks and issues
5. Highly analytical and exceptional people management abilities with good amount of delegation
6. Capable of providing technical support and guidance to project team – JAVA/ J2EE
7. Good understanding of project methodologies and frameworks such as Waterfall, AGILE etc.
8. Highly communicative and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
9. Exposure to vendor management on behalf of client
10. Exposure to any of the PM process tools such as Microsoft Project
11. Must have practiced PM processes such as CMMI
Desired Skills:
1. BFSI Domain Knowledge
2. Should have at least 8+ Years of overall experience in IT industry, with in-depth experience in Java/J2EE technologies and 3+ years of team and project management
Education and Certifications: B.Tech / B.E / B.C.A / M.Tech / M.C.A
