Job Description:
1. The goal of Assist is to make use of contextual information to propose and carry out meaningful actions for the user.
2. As an example, the first version of Assist on Moto X can automatically detect when the user is driving and read received text messages aloud.
3. We are looking for people with a background on Android development and cool ideas for this incredibly challenging and fun area.
4. As an Android Developer, the candidate will develop applications primarily in Java and using the Android SDK.
5. The candidate would design and develop Android applications that are part of set of Motorola experiences on Android phones.
Responsibilities:

1. BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
2. 0-4 years relevant work experience
3. Programming experience in Java.
4. Object-oriented analysis, design, and programming skills
5. Design patterns experience
6. Driven, resourceful and proactive
7. Agile development experience a plus
8. Experience in mobile application development
