Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the evaluation, deployment, and administration of TEIS tools and technologies
2. Responsible for successful system implementations, support and maintenance
3. Participation in project teams for new rollouts and collaboration on solution design with TEIS teams globally
4. Develop understanding with Emerging technologies such as Cloud computing, Big Data, Service automation etcetera
5. Represent Infrastructure & Operations team in technology meetings happening within TEIS to know the needs of its customers and provide inputs to technology groups
6. Take part in TE Process improvement initiatives, apply these methodologies to introduce efficiencies and eliminate waste
Candidate Profile:
Educational :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
Required:
1. Good Communication, Presentation, Documentation and Analytical skills.
2. Should exhibit enthusiasm to play a role of an evangelist
3. Understanding with IT industry trends.
