1. Knowledge of recruitment process
2. The trainee would be working into US Recruitment
3. The trainee will work on direct/Tier client requirements on a day to day basis.
4. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
5. Looking for stable resources who are looking for a long term opportunity
Candidate Profile:
1. Should possess B.Tech (IT / CS / EC / Biotechnology) and MCA & B.Pharma and MBA / PGDM (HR as Major or Minor)-2013 & 2014 Batch
2. Should have 55% through out without backlog.
3. Should be a stable candidate (who are looking for a long term opportunity).
4. Excellent Communication Skills and good learning Attitude.
5. Pleasant Personality and should be a quick Learner.
6. Should be a self-driven personality.
