Job Description:
1. Should be willing to work in night shift.
2. Should be BE/Btech/Msc/MTech/MCA/BSc/BCA.
3. Team Member is required to resolve customer queries, which comes via chat (webchat) and ensure that the resolution is to the customer satisfaction.
4. The query resolution of the Online Customers requires basic computer (internet) proficiency, comprehension, good verbal & excellent written communication and decision-making skills.
