Job Description:
1. Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary of Rs. 3 Lakh p.a. on successful course completion with performance based sales incentives.
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance from a well recognized ‘Manipal Global’ University
3. 4 months of residential classroom training based out of Manipal’s Campus at Bengaluru or Jaipur with a monthly allowance of Rs 2500/-
4. Earn a stipend of Rs. 16,000 per month during the 6-month internship plus incentives
5. Course Fee : INR 1,25,000 (Includes Tuition fee, Lodging and Boarding) plus taxes @ 12.36% (INR 1,40,450 including tax)
6. Payment can be done in 3 installments (52%, 24%, 24%) – INR 73,034, 33,708 & 33,708 (Including tax)
7. Preferred location for job posting
8. Education loan facility available to fund for the course fees Rs. 1,40,450 (Loan Providers – HDFC Bank, Avanse, Credila)
9. After successful completion of this course, candidate will be hired by HDFC Life as ‘Executive Sales Trainee’ at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees)
