L1 Escalation Support
Product Support Engineer for Misys Software Solutions.
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive Product Training for 3 months.
This is not a BPO / Call center Job.

Requirements :
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must be able to engage International Bank staff and their customers over the phone for query resolutions about the product and features/usage and provide technical Support.
