JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As an Associate Engineer at Dimension Data, the candidate will be tasked with developing configurations and installations, as well as solving technical problems of a medium complexity.
- Will work closely with and be under the supervision of engineers and senior engineers.
- Will be required to take responsibility for parts of an installation and problem management.
- We will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.
- Need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.
